What’s New
When you open Analytics Assistant, you can see who struggled, which items were missed, and who needs a follow-up. That first view stays in the chat.
You can now ask for that as a report you can download. Say you want a spreadsheet, or a Word or PDF file.
Why Custom Reports Matter for Your Classroom
That first view in chat is still how you make sense of how the class did.
A downloadable report is for the next step. You get a short note from one student’s work, a reteach plan for tomorrow, or the misconceptions that showed up across the class.
Keep the chat when you are still thinking. Ask for a report when you already know what you need to take with you.
How to Use It
Open Analytics Assistant, pick a file, and wait for the insight report. Then ask for the report you need, and say you want it as a spreadsheet or as a Word or PDF file, for example:
- A short Word report for one student: what went well, what they missed, and one next step
- A PDF of the main misconceptions across sessions, with 1–2 example students for each
- A spreadsheet from a Chatbot activity: students who had a warning, what flagged them, and how their latest session compares
- A short reteach lesson plan for the next class, as a Word file
The report appears in the chat. Click download to save it.
What You Get
A list (spreadsheet) when you need names, scores, missed items, or sessions to follow up. Use this when you are grouping students or handing a class list to a colleague.
A written note (Word or PDF) when you need a short report from a student’s work: what went well, and what to try next. Use this when you will print it, send it home, or add it to the LMS.

Which formats can I download?
A spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) or a written document (Word or PDF). Name the one you want when you ask.
What can I ask for in the report?
Students, questions, misconceptions, a lesson plan, or anything else in that file. For example, a Word file of the three hardest questions, or a short reteach plan for the next class. You can ask for one student or several, or skip names entirely. Name the file type when you ask.
